Three-time Grand Slam champion, two-time Olympic champion, British tennis player Andy Murray made it to the semi-finals of the ATP-250 tournament in Doha (Qatar), which will last until February 25.
In the quarter-final match, 35-year-old Murray (WC) defeated French representative Alexander Muller (Q) with a score of 4:6, 6:1, 6:2. The meeting lasted 2 hours and 6 minutes. Murray fired nine times, did not make a single double fault and converted 5 out of 11 break points. Muller scored three aces, no double faults and two out of three break points realized.
In the next round, Murray will meet with the Czech Jiri Legechka, who had previously beaten the first seeded competition, Russian Andrey Rublev.
