Elena Rybakina became the champion of the WTA-500 tournament in Stuttgart

 

Kazakhstani tennis player Elena Rybakina, the fourth racket of the world, became the champion of the WTA-500 category clay tournament in Stuttgart (Germany). In the final, the athlete confidently beat the 27th racket of the world, Ukrainian Marta Kostyuk, in two sets. The meeting ended with the score 6:2, 6:2.

The tennis players spent 1 hour and 9 minutes on the court. During this time, Elena Rybakina converted four out of six break points, fought off all three of her opponent’s break points and made two double faults. Marta Kostyuk has six double faults.

For Elena Rybakina this is already the third title this season. Earlier in 2024, the representative of Kazakhstan won the WTA-500 category hard tournaments in Brisbane (Australia) and Abu Dhabi (UAE).
