Rafael Nadal beat Casper Ruud in the last match of their Latin American tour

Spanish tennis player Rafael Nadal beat Norwegian Casper Ruud in an exhibition match in Mexico City (Mexico).

The Spaniard won with a score of 7:6, 6:4. In the previous match in Bogotá (Colombia), the Spaniard also won with a score of 7:5, 6:4.

In Quito (Ecuador), the Norwegian beat the Spaniard with a score of 6:4, 6:4. This victory over Nadal was Ruud’s first in his professional career. Before that, Nadal defeated Ruud in Buenos Aires (Argentina) — 7:6 (10:8), 6:2 — and in Belo Horizonte (Brazil) — 7:6 (7:4), 7:5.

At the final ATP tournament, Casper Ruud reached the final, where he lost to Novak Djokovic of Serbia. Rafael Nadal was unable to get out of the group, losing to Taylor Fritz and Felix Auger-Alassime, while beating Ruud.
