Daniil Medvedev confidently beat Alexander Bublik and reached the 1/4 finals of the tournament in Dubai

Russian tennis player Daniil Medvedev (7th racket of the world) confidently reached the quarterfinals of the ATP-500 tournament in Dubai (UAE), defeating the representative of Kazakhstan Alexander Bublik (46th number of the world ranking).

Medvedev won with a score of 6:4, 6:2. The duration of the meeting was 1 hour 6 minutes. Daniil Medvedev completed five innings right through, made one double fault and converted three out of five break points. Alexander Bublik has five aces, five serving errors and zero break points.

In the quarterfinal match, Daniil Medvedev will fight against Croatian Borna Coric, who defeated Australian Tanasi Kokkinakis with a score of 6:7 (4:7), 6:3, 7:5. The tournament will run until March 4th. The prize pool was $2,855,495.
