“I’ve had to make some tough decisions over the past day after tearing my meniscus during my last match. I’m still processing it all, but I’m happy to tell you that the surgery was a success.
I am very grateful to the team of doctors who were by my side, as well as the overwhelming support I received from my fans.
I will do everything I can to be healthy and in full shape so I can get back on the court as soon as possible.
My love for this sport is strong and the desire to compete at the highest level is what keeps me going,” Djokovic wrote on social media.
